FohBao.net do not support goods return or refund policy. Please read carefully before making any purchases.
It is strongly recommended that our customers check and inspect the goods thoroughly upon receiving the goods. Should there be any dispute or damages or defective of the goods delivered, customer must report within 24-hour of receiving the goods to our FohBao.net Customer Care Dept by sending email to Customer.care@FohBao.net. We do not accept any claim of goods defectiveness after 24-hours receiving the goods.
Customer must state clearly the following details for any goods defective claim.
1. Delivery Order number
2. Courier or shipping note number such as AWB.
3. Product code and description of defective items
4. A brief description of the defective condition
5. Your contact details such as email, address and phone number.
Should there be any return of goods/products, the said items will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition or its original condition at time of received. The packaging should also be in its original condition and in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund or exchange. MAKAKARA TEN (M) SDN BHD will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received notification from Customer CAre within 5-7 working days whether the goods exchange or return has been approved or rejected.
